Just a great move-in experience. The management team here is world-class. Apartments are spacious and fairly quiet. The property is pretty well kept. I have enjoyed my time living here so far.

I have searched for apartments everywhere in this city and finally came across Regency Square. The location is great, very close to shopping and food spots. The office staff and maintenance are very nice people. I would highly recommend this place.

I've lived here at Madison for several years now. The place is always improving and is already at a point where I can honestly say it's the best place I've lived in Florida. If something needs fixing, it gets fixed. The staff is very attentive and that includes both the office and maintenance staff. If you're considering moving to the Largo area, please give this place serious consideration.

Excellent place to live! My experience was perfect so I decided to renew my lease. Everyone in the leasing office is extremely helpful and friendly. Maintenance is super quick always on time with my requests. Also I love my balcony. Can easily get to downtown Richmond or any of the surrounding areas.
